I call these images 'live clubscapes'. Recent Images in charcoal and pastel made 'on location' in dance-clubs and live music events. Participation as well as observation feed the outcome (2010-2020).
Deep In The Vibe - Southport 2022
Drawn/painted in artists pastels straight after Southport Weekender 2022, at Butlins, Bognor Regis, when the Sounds and Images were still fresh. Pastel and charcoal on blue Canson Paper 75cm x 55cm. From ‘Secrets Of Southport’, - a series of 8 new artworks exploring and celebrating the Happenings of Southport 2022, - which have not been published or exhibited until now (March 2023). A Ltd number of Pre-order, individual prints are available before this year’s event kicks off on March 17th
